All women are welcome to join our Women’s ministry meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. We get together in the Church’s banquet room to sing, pray, share and plan for our volunteer work in the community. In the past year, we have been involved in visiting hospitals, prisons, and do home visits as well. We enjoy making bags for the homeless or displaced, food baskets for those in need and raise money for the women’s shelter, pregnancy shelter and food bank. Every second month we all go out for dinner. The yearly Women’s retreat put on by the Alberta Conference is one of the highlights of our year, and something we all look forward to attending.
